TranS1 Finds New Office Space In Wilmington

Wilmington, N.C. – August 1st, 2009 – Cape Fear Commercial, LLC is pleased to announce the lease execution of approximately 31,352 square feet with Trans1. Spruill Thompson represented the Tenant, Trans1 and Bryan Greene represented the Landlord, Market Place Group, LLC. Trans1 is scheduled to take occupancy in December in what will be called The Trans1 Building, located at 301 Government Center Drive. This new location will provide Trans1 with the option of required expansion space, thereby allowing the organization to remain in Wilmington.

The Trans1 Building at 301 Government Center Drive will be 100% occupied when trans1 moves into the facility.

Fred Matt and Keith Beatty of Market Place Group, LLC are the landlords of 301 Government Center Drive. Bryan Greene of Cape Fear Commercial provided development advisory services, marketing and landlord representation. Cline Design is the architect for the development and John S. Clark is the General Contractor. CCSI will perform the additional Tenant improvements.
