Wilmington, N.C. – June 1, 2021 – The brokerage team of Brian Eckel, SIOR and Vin Wells, both partners of Cape Fear Commercial, recently closed on their 55th transaction at North Kerr Industrial Park. The 1.15 acre parcel sold for approximately $180,000.

“We have had a good run at North Kerr Industrial Park, and are now beginning to prepare for the development and marketing of the final phase which will consist of another 27 lots,” stated Eckel. “Obviously, we won’t make the decision to go until we think the market is ready.”
