NEWS RELEASE: Eckel & Morrison Close 3 Industrial Deals
Apr 15, 2010
New Hanover County, N.C. – April 15th, 2010 – Amidst a sluggish warehouse/flex office market, it was a busy week of industrial transactions for partner Brian Eckel and vice president Bryce Morrison of Cape Fear Commercial. The pair worked together to successfully close three (3) industrial warehouse purchase transactions at Dutch Square, Northchase Industrial Park and 115 Cathay Road (just south of Monkey Junction).
Two of the transactions were linked together with contingencies and closed simultaneously on the same day.
“It was an intense and interesting couple of days,” Morrison commented. “One transaction couldn’t happen without the other, and when dealing with multiple parties, attorneys and banks there are a lot of moving parts. We feel fortunate to have gotten them all closed.”
