Cape Fear Commercial Selected For Management And Leasing Of The Villages At Brunswick Forest

Cape Fear Commercial is the new property manager and leasing agent for The Villages at Brunswick Forest.  Senior Vice President Spruill Thompson will oversee leasing for the property while Orry Dickard, one of the firm’s senior property managers, will manage its 84,768 square feet.

In December, the Yelverton family purchased The Villages at Brunswick Forest from entities managed by Lord Baltimore Capital Partners LLC. Richard Cotton of  Multifamily Realty Advisors represented the Yelvertons in the $16.8 million transaction that excluded select outparcels and was part of a 1031 exchange.

Anchored by a Lowes Foods grocery store, The Villages at Brunswick Forest features retail, dining, salons and various service providers. According to Thompson, the property is currently 100% leased.
