Lee Singleton serves as an Associate Broker for Cape Fear Commercial. He brings a diligent, honest and informed perspective to commercial transactions. Lee prides himself on having exceptional communication skills and his ability to help clients navigate the challenges of the real estate market.
As a third-generation broker, Lee has real estate in his blood. He is one of four in his immediate family to hold a North Carolina real estate license and attributes his thorough understanding of the industry to his exposure from an early age.
Before joining the firm on a full-time basis, Lee worked for three summers as an intern in Cape Fear Commercial’s Brokerage, Development and Marketing Departments. During that time, he also attended the University of North Carolina Wilmington, later earning a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Business. As part of his undergraduate studies, Lee conducted multiple independent studies with notable communication scholar Dr. Vernon Cronen. The pair is currently working toward the publishing of a paper they wrote by Human Systems Journal.
A resident of Wilmington, Lee is a member of the Cape Fear REALTORS Association and an active member of the community. As an outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys hunting, fishing and surfing in his spare time.
