Raleigh Restaurant Group Buys 3 Wilmington Restaurants

A Raleigh restaurant company just got bigger with the addition of three Wilmington restaurants.
Greater Wilmington Business Journal reports Urban Food Group has purchased Boca Bay, Brasserie du Soleil and Osteria Cicchetti from Circa Restaurant Group.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Urban Food Group owns three restaurants in Raleigh, but also has one in Denver and Charlotte, with plans to add two more to the Queen City, according to its website. Among its local establishments are Chow on Creedmoor Road in north Raleigh, Coquette Brasserie and Vivace, both located in the North Hills area.
Circa Restaurant Group owns several other Wilmington restaurants, including Circa 1922, Pizzeria iI Forno and Junction 421.
