Wilmington, N.C. – September 1, 2009 – Cape Fear Commercial, LLC is pleased to announce the recent lease of approximately 5,400 square feet at The Renaissance (1111 Military Cutoff Road) to Northwestern Mutual Financial Network. Brian Eckel represented the Landlord in this transaction. This building is now 100% occupied, with a variety of Class A Office tenants including Woodbury & Co, Morgan Stanley and Z.A. Sneeden & Sons.
