Wilmington, N.C. – January 3, 2005 – There has been considerable interest in the progress of Ogden Town Center, the attractive new shopping center on Market Street, in Ogden. Having just been delivered at the end of 2003, Ogden Town Center, with its pastel colors and plush palm trees, is almost fully occupied. The current demographics of the area have been a major attraction. Between 1990 and 2000, the area on Market Street where Ogden Town Center is located has experienced a population growth of 185% within a one-mile radius, not to mention the 52,589 vehicles per day that drive past the center on the way to and from work each day.
