Nine CFC Brokers Score Q2 CoStar Powerbroker Awards

CoStar Group, Inc., the leading provider of commercial real estate information, analytics and online marketplaces, has announced the CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deals winners for Q2 2023. 

Several Cape Fear Commercial brokers earned a spot in the list of winners for the Wilmington market. The CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deals winners are determined by the top deals executed every quarter, based on price and square footage.

In the Industrial Leasing category, Cape Fear Commercial Senior Vice President Mike Brown topped the field with a 56,285-square-foot lease for New Hanover County at the Wilmington Trade Center. 

For Office Leasing, CFC’s Keith Austin and Paul Loukas inked a 7,749-square-foot lease for NVR Ryan Homes in the Landfall submarket, with Lindsey Hess and Hae Ellis as the landlord reps. 

Also in the Landfall area, at 1001 Military Cutoff Road, Spruill Thompson and Keith Austin scored two Top 5 deals acting as the landlord reps on a 5,012-square-foot-lease to McAngus Goudelock & Courie, and a 4,163-square-foot lease to Diet Direct, Inc. 

CFC’s Patrick Riley and Charlie Rivenbark scored the second largest deal in the Retail category: a 6,156-square-foot lease for Foundation Footwear in Midtown Wilmington, with Riley serving as the tenant rep and Rivenbark repping the landlord. 

And for the top Sales deals of Q2, Paul Loukas and Hank Miller acted as the buyer reps for the purchase of an $11,375,000 office building in Downtown Wilmington, scoring the second largest score of the second quarter. Loukas acted as the seller rep for a $6,000,000 deal — also in Downtown Wilmington — with Spruill Thompson as the buyer rep.
