Cape Fear Development is excited to welcome Eli Perl as a Development Analyst. In this role, Eli will support the team with financial modeling, market research, and project coordination across our growing portfolio of development projects.
Eli recently graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with distinction, earning a degree in History and minors in Real Estate and Jewish Studies. He previously interned with Cape Fear Commercial and has also gained experience at firms including Republic Properties in Washington, D.C., Playmetrics, and Adwerx.
Originally from Washington, D.C., Eli brings a strong work ethic and a unique mix of interests and talents — from sailing and aviation to real estate and finance — that align well with our collaborative and forward-thinking culture.
