Eli Perl serves as a Development Analyst at Cape Fear Commercial, where he works closely with the development team to identify, analyze, and manage new and ongoing projects. His role includes conducting market research, preparing financial analyses, and supporting project management efforts to ensure successful outcomes for clients and partners.

Eli graduated with Distinction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in May 2025, earning a degree in History with minors in Jewish Studies and Real Estate from the Kenan-Flagler Business School. While at UNC, he was a member of the Honors Carolina program and served as secretary of the UNC Sailing Team. Eli’s previous experience includes internships with Adwerx in Durham, Playmetrics in Morrisville, Republic Properties in Washington, D.C., and Cape Fear Commercial during the summer of 2024.

Originally from Washington, D.C., Eli is an avid sailor who has competed at the high school, collegiate, and post-collegiate levels. He also holds his pilot’s license, a remote pilot certificate, and is a certified Master Scuba Diver, reflecting his passion for exploration both above and below the surface.
