Cape Fear Commercial Brokers the Sale of the Trane Building

Wilmington, N.C. – Cape Fear Commercial (CFC), a leading commercial real estate firm in the region, is pleased to announce the sale of the Trane Building, a 20,140-square-foot industrial property located in North Kerr Industrial Park.

Lizzie Hawkins, Julia Eckel, and Lee Singleton of Cape Fear Commercial represented the seller, Dansura, LLC, while Lynn Harris with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices represented the buyer, Grant Property Management Services, LLC. The transaction successfully closed on March 11, 2025, for $3,050,000.

She went on to say, “We initially marketed this building for lease only, and the fact that a 19-year-old industrial property sold for over $150 per square foot underscores the significant supply-demand imbalance in our area—favoring industrial sellers.”

This sale reflects the ongoing momentum in Wilmington’s industrial market, driven by strong demand and limited supply of quality industrial properties.
