Lee Singleton is a Vice President at Cape Fear Commercial. He brings a diligent, honest and informed perspective to commercial transactions. Lee prides himself on having exceptional communication skills and his ability to help clients navigate the challenges of the real estate market. In addition to Wilmington, Lee holds extensive experience in his hometown of Fayetteville and a variety markets across the region.

In 2025, Lee completed over $23 million in sales and lease transactions. Notable assignments include the acquisition of a 260-acre master planned development, the disposition of a $9.75m industrial complex, and the sale of a 154 unit self-storage facility.

As a third-generation broker, Lee has real estate in his blood. He is one of four in his immediate family to hold a North Carolina real estate license and attributes his thorough understanding of the industry to his exposure from an early age.

Before joining the firm on a full-time basis, Lee worked for three summers as an intern in Cape Fear Commercial’s Brokerage, Development and Marketing Departments. During that time, he attended the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Business.

A resident of Wilmington, Lee is a member of the Cape Fear REALTORS Association and an active member of the community. As an outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys hunting, fishing and surfing in his spare time.
