Ken Conoly is the Director of Asset Management for Cape Fear Commercial. He oversees day to day operations, including annual budgets and monthly reporting. He also handles tenant retention for all of the firm’s portfolio, which includes over 2.1 million square feet.
Ken has more than 18 years of commercial property management experience. Prior to joining Cape Fear Commercial in 2016, Ken served as the Associate Director of Property Management at Tri Properties for more than 12 years. While at Tri Properties, he managed approximately 1 million square feet of Class A office and flex space, including the BOMA Southern Region TOBY Award-winning Quintiles Plaza building, in the Raleigh-Durham market. Prior to his role at Tri Properties, Ken was a Senior Property Manager for Craig Davis Properties, where he earned the Triangle CREW Champion Award in 2001 for Best Property Manager.
Ken is a licensed broker in the State of North Carolina. Additionally, he is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association of Raleigh-Durham and has served on their Board of Directors and various committees. He attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and also served in the North Carolina Army National Guard. In his free time, Ken enjoys any sport with a ball, disc golf, and geocaching. He has two Shetland sheepdogs, Thurston & Lovey Howl, and currently resides in Carolina Beach.
