Sam Dunlap is a Senior Property Manager, who joined Cape Fear Commercial in 2025. He provides oversight of the day-to-day operations and financial administration for several properties in the firm’s management portfolio. Sam brings with him over 5 years in residential real estate management and investment in San Diego, CA.

Prior to his career in real estate, Sam was a US Marine and subsequently worked in federal acquisitions for a decade. He holds a BA from UC San Diego, as well as an MBA from UCLA. Sam currently resides in Wilmington with his wife and daughter and their red lab, Rhonie. His hobbies include running, history podcasts, and home improvement projects.
