Megan Perkins serves as an Assistant Property Manager at Cape Fear Commercial, where she supports four property managers with a wide range of responsibilities, including administrative and operational tasks, tenant communications, database management, and compliance. She also assists with data entry and special projects, helping ensure efficient property operations and client satisfaction.

Megan began her career in property management in 2023, starting in multi-family leasing and management, where she gained experience in lease-ups, 55+ communities, and traditional multi-family properties. In July 2025, she transitioned into commercial property management, bringing her strong organizational skills and client-focused approach to the team. Megan earned her North Carolina Real Estate License in 2022 and continues to expand her expertise in the field.

A native of Leland, North Carolina, Megan enjoys spending her free time outdoors with her husband, Bryan, daughter, Ella, and their dog, Pixie. Whether it’s hunting, fishing, riding ATVs, or simply relaxing at home with a good book or movie, Megan values quality time with her family. Fun fact: before entering real estate, Megan spent four years driving 18-wheelers across the country, traveling to all 48 contiguous states—and she still maintains her CDL license today.
