Lisa McLain is a Senior Property Accountant for Cape Fear Commercial. She oversees accounting support services for the firm’s property management division. Her responsibilities include ensuring that all expenses, receipts, owner distributions, funding requests and other transactions accurately post for each accounting period. She also monitors and maintains cash balances for multiple commercial properties and performs monthly bank reconciliations for all property bank accounts associated with Cape Fear Commercial’s management portfolio. Additionally, Lisa assists the property management team with various financial projects, including budgeting and forecasting for property portfolios.

A graduate of Guilford College, Lisa has a background in property management, finance and accounting. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach and traveling.
