Leah Cox Fussell is a Senior Property Manager for Cape Fear Commercial. Leah works to promote quality assurance of daily operations management, lease administration, and vendor and tenant relations. She places maximum emphasis on the positive response to tenant concerns and needs. Additionally, Leah focuses on increasing the value of properties managed by the firm, in coordination and conjunction with the goals and objectives of owners.

As a licensed real estate broker in the state of North Carolina since 2005, Leah has worked in several facets of property management. Her background includes multifamily property management and managing the reservation call center for Intracoastal Vacation Rentals prior to joining Cape Fear Commercial.

Leah is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing. Leah lives in Wilmington with her husband, Braxton.
