Kim Camlin is a Tenant Services Coordinator for Cape Fear Commercial. Kim manages maintenance requests and outside vendor coordination for the property management team. Her responsibilities also include visiting properties and communicating with tenants on a regular basis to ensure delivery of the best possible service.

Before joining the firm, Kim served as the Marketing/Office Manager for Commonwealth Commercial Properties. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington and holds a bachelor’s degree in Studio Art.
