Julianne Childers is the Director of Property Management for Cape Fear Commercial. She oversees day-to-day operations of the firm’s property management portfolio, which consists of over 3.5 million square feet. With over 15 years of industry experience, Julianne brings a commitment to client and tenant relations to her role.

Before joining Cape Fear Commercial, Julianne managed a diverse portfolio of office, industrial, medical and retail properties in Charlotte, North Carolina, for national companies Cassidy Turley, Trammell Crow and RREEF. She also worked for Zimmer Development, managing the developer’s portfolio of retail centers throughout the Southeast.

Julianne earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in entrepreneurship from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Additionally, Julianne is a licensed real estate broker in the state of North Carolina and has earned the designation of Real Property Administrator (RPA) from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI). She is currently working toward the Institute of Real Estate Management’s (IREM) designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM).

A resident of Wilmington, Julianne enjoys spending time with her sons, Alex and Bear, and cat, Charlie. She also likes cooking, gardening and has an appreciation for the arts.
