Ian Ray is an Assistant Property Accountant for Cape Fear Commercial. He handles accounts payables and receivables for all properties in the firm’s management portfolio.

Before joining Cape Fear Commercial full-time, Ian gained experience as an intern on the property management team, where he assisted with managing budgets, lease administration, and charge allocations, as well as handling receivables, payables, and property tax payments. He brings a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail to the firm’s accounting and property management operations.

A native of Rocky Mount, North Carolina, Ian relocated to Wilmington to attend the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance. Outside of the office, he enjoys attending concerts, spending time on the water, and being with family and friends
