As Chief of Staff at Cape Fear Commercial, Hannah leads daily operations and and serves as a key partner to company leadership to guide strategic direction. She oversees marketing and brand strategy and supports critical brokerage and development initiatives that advance the firm’s long-term growth. Drawing on her experience in pre-development planning, real estate operations, and project execution, Hannah brings a solutions-focused approach to strengthening client service and expanding business opportunities.

Before joining Cape Fear Commercial, Hannah built her career in real estate as a top-producing broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, specializing in residential land development and luxury new construction in the Triad market. She earned national recognition in 2022 and 2023 as a top nine-percent producing agent nationwide.

Originally from Greensboro, North Carolina, Hannah moved to Wilmington in 2023. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in marketing from High Point University. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys spending time on the coast with her husband and their two dogs, a golden retriever and an English bulldog. She is also an accomplished equestrian and competes in national events
