As Chief of Staff at Cape Fear Commercial, Hannah leads the firm’s daily operations and works closely with company leadership to turn strategic priorities into action. Her role spans brokerage, development, marketing, and corporate operations, helping align teams, improve internal systems, and move key initiatives forward. She also oversees the company’s marketing and brand strategy and plays an active role in business planning, project positioning, and the execution of firmwide priorities.

Before joining Cape Fear Commercial, Hannah built her career in real estate as a top-producing broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, specializing in residential land development and luxury new construction in the Triad market. She earned national recognition in 2022 and 2023, ranking among the top nine-percent of agents nationwide by production. Since moving to the Wilmington market, she had gained additional recognitions in the 2025 Wilmington Chamber of Commerce 40 Under 40 List.

Originally from Greensboro, North Carolina, Hannah moved to Wilmington in 2023. She holds a bachelor’s degree from High Point University. Outside of the office, Hannah is actively involved in professional organizations within the Cape Fear Region such as the Cape Fear Professional Women in Building Council and the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) organization.
