Haley serves as our accomplished Asset Manager with over 14 years of multifamily industry experience, overseeing portfolio performance and acting as the primary liaison between third-party property management teams and ownership. She implements data-driven strategies that maximize ROI and long-term asset value, monitoring market conditions and capital initiatives while providing guidance on unit configuration, amenity offerings, and operational costs to ensure alignment with underwriting assumptions and performance benchmarks. Haley is instrumental in delivering timely, data-backed reporting to equity partners, supporting informed investment decisions.
Prior to joining Cape Fear Development, Haley excelled as a Community Manager with notable third-party management companies such as Bell Partners and Greystar, driving operational excellence and maximizing NOI through successful lease-ups, acquisitions, dispositions, and portfolio oversight across multiple assets. Her expertise spans budget development, operational audits, and hands-on leadership in both high-growth and stabilized communities. A strong advocate for local and state apartment associates, she is committed to advancing leadership and education within the multifamily industry, serving on the executive board of the Wilmington Apartment Association and as an active member of the Apartment Association of North Carolina. Recognized as a multi-time WAA Crest Award recipient and an AANC Leadership Lyceum graduate, Haley is known for delivering measurable performance results and bringing a disciplined, analytical approach to translating market data and asset performance into actionable insights for ownership and executive teams.
A Florida native, Haley has called Wilmington home since childhood. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in Psychology from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and applies a practical, results-focused approach to multifamily asset management. Beyond her professional role, she finds balance in beachside living and treasures time with her family while embracing Wilmington’s coastal charm.
