Connor Pollock is a Financial Analyst for Cape Fear Commercial. He assists with the financial aspects of development and construction projects for the firm and its affiliates, Cape Fear Development and Cape Fear Construction.

Pollock joined the firm in 2020 after completing an internship with Cape Fear Commercial’s property management team. He held the positions of Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager and Tenant Services Coordinator before assuming his current role.

A graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington, Connor holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in finance. In his free time, he enjoys surfing, fishing and spending time with family and friends.
