Conner Crawford is a Development Manager for Cape Fear Commercial. He assists with all aspects of development projects for the firm and its affiliate Cape Fear Development.

Prior to his current role, Conner worked as a Project Manager for a construction company, overseeing preconstruction and day-to-day operations, in addition to building relationships with local municipalities and private firms. He has played key roles in the development of K-12 schools, numerous multifamily residential projects and community centers.

A native of Greenville, North Carolina, Conner earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He resides in Hampstead with his wife, Anna, and daughter.
