Walgreens Store #11547

Walgreens No. 11547 is a two-story drug store located at the corner of Franklin Street and Estes Drive in Chapel Hill. A build-to-suit for national drugstore chain Walgreens, the project achieved LEED Silver design certification and was the first freestanding drug store of its kind to be approved by the Town of Chapel Hill. The successful delivery of this location resulted in Walgreens engaging our team to assist with another difficult to entitle Chapel Hill site.
