Regions Bank
Regions Bank is a 16,100-square-foot, class-A office building located in Wilmington, North Carolina. The project was a build-to-suit for the financial corporation, which was looking for class-A office space to house its retail banking department and wealth management division, Morgan Keegan. Cape Fear Commercial assisted Regions with the acquisition of a highly visible parcel of land in Wilmington’s popular Landfall/Mayfaire submarket. Regions then hired GHK Cape Fear Development to manage the design, entitlements and development of this full-service branch location. The building has since been purchased by Bank OZK and remains a prominent fixture on one of the Port City’s highly traveled corridors.
