Publix Commons at Federal Point
Publix Commons at Federal Point is a nearly 60,000-square-foot Publix-anchored shopping center in Carolina Beach, North Carolina. The project features a 51,469-square-foot Publix grocery store and 8,400 square feet of inline retail. Two additional multi-tenant buildings are planned for future use. GHK Cape Fear Development delivered the initial phase of the project in June 2019.
