Chris Chick serves as a Project Manager at Cape Fear Construction Group, bringing over a decade of diverse construction experience with a strong focus on multifamily developments. In his role, Chris oversees projects from initial estimating through closeout, ensuring efficient execution, quality delivery, and seamless collaboration among all stakeholders. He also plays a key role in cultivating strong trade partner relationships and supports Cape Fear Development in exploring new business opportunities.

Before joining Cape Fear, Chris worked as a Project Manager for an ENR Top 400 construction firm based in the Carolinas, where he managed several high-profile projects. Among his notable work was leading the construction of the largest multifamily high-rise on the peninsula of historic Charleston, SC, as well as overseeing multiple urban and suburban infill multifamily developments across the Charleston area.

Chris’s background spans both commercial and civil construction, giving him a well-rounded perspective on project delivery and client needs. Originally from Annapolis, Maryland, Chris earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Salisbury University.
