Cape Fear Commercial is recognized as the area’s foremost expert in large residential land, subdivision, and bulk lot sales, including both paper and developed lots.
We have successfully transacted over $425+ million in residential land & lots.
Closely working with landowners, developers, and regional & national builders, we leverage our intimate knowledge of the market and strong connections to add value from conception to project completion: through the due diligence, entitlement, design, construction, and marketing phases of projects.
This includes leveraging our relationships with civil engineers, surveyors, attorneys, and community officials to work through rezonings, entitlements, permitting, and other design/development issues.
