Rob High, CCIM, is a Vice President at Cape Fear Commercial, specializing in tenant representation and the sales and leasing of office, industrial, and retail properties. Since joining the firm in 2021, he has completed more than 100 closed commercial transactions. He also holds the CCIM designation, a certification recognizing expertise in commercial and investment real estate.

Rob earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi and a Master of Science in Construction Management from East Carolina University. In addition to his brokerage work, he is a licensed general contractor throughout the southeastern United States, focusing on the construction and development of self-storage facilities. To date, he has delivered millions of square feet of self-storage projects.

A Wilmington native, Rob remains actively involved in the local community. He is a 2022 graduate of the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Wilmington program and coaches a local high school boys’ tennis team. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and taking advantage of everything the outdoors has to offer.
