Rob High is a Vice President at Cape Fear Commercial. He specializes in tenant representation, as well as the sale and leasing of office and retail products. Since joining the firm in 2021, Rob has completed over $15 million in commercial transactions.

High is a graduate of the University of Mississippi and holds a Master of Science in Construction Management from East Carolina University. He began his real estate career in self-storage development, assisting with site selection and the delivery of more than 500,000 square feet throughout the Carolinas.

Rob is a native of Wilmington and plays an active role in the community. In addition to serving on the board of young professionals for StepUp Wilmington, a non-profit organization that teaches job development and leadership skills to unemployed individuals, he is a 2022 class member of the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Wilmington program. In his spare time, Rob enjoys tennis, golf, hunting, fishing and surfing.
