Riley Bell serves as Brokerage Coordinator for Cape Fear Commercial, where she provides dedicated support to the firm’s brokers and ensures smooth day-to-day operations across the brokerage platform. In this role, she assists with a wide range of brokerage support responsibilities, including listing oversight, contract management, marketing coordination, and facilitating communication between internal teams, clients, and vendors to help drive transactions forward efficiently.

A licensed real estate broker in North Carolina, Riley originally joined Cape Fear Commercial in 2024 as an Administrative Assistant and quickly added value to the entire office. Her attention to detail, strong communication skills, and positive attitude make her an indispensable part of the brokerage team.

Riley is a Greensboro native and a graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in communication studies. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and exploring Wilmington’s coastal charm.
