Lizzie Hawkins is a Vice President at Cape Fear Commercial. She joined the firm in 2023 and is a licensed broker in North Carolina. With extensive knowledge of the transaction process, Lizzie prides herself on her ability to effectively service the complex needs of her clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Lizzie was a Director at Cushman & Wakefield in Boston where she was a member of the national Healthcare Practice and Life Science groups. At Cushman & Wakefield, Lizzie supported a variety of real estate brokerage transactions for local, national and international clients, including Bristol Myers Squibb, Forrester Research, Harvard Medical School, Dana Farber Cancer Institute and Raytheon. Her experience includes built-to-suits and investment sales, as well as tenant and landlord representation lease transactions. She maintains an active MA Real Estate Salesperson license.

A native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Lizzie graduated from Gettysburg College, earning a Liberal Arts Degree with a concentration in Organizational Management Studies. Lizzie and her husband live in Wilmington with their daughter, Poppy.
