Keith Austin is a Senior Vice President at Cape Fear Commercial with over 20 years of commercial brokerage experience. Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, Keith attended Appalachian State University where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Public Relations. While in college, he competed on the men’s tennis team. He eventually settled in Wilmington in 1999 and began practicing commercial real estate full time in 2003.

Keith specializes in sales and leasing of office and retail, but has vast experience in all matters concerning commercial real estate.

Keith is a member of the North Carolina Association of Realtors, and Wilmington Board of Realtors. He enjoys playing tennis, golf, running and spending time with his kids.
