As Chief of Staff at Cape Fear Commercial, Hannah Warren drives the day-to-day operations of the firm’s administrative team and serves as a key strategic partner to company leadership. She oversees internal systems, marketing strategy, and high-impact brokerage initiatives, ensuring the firm runs efficiently and is positioned for long-term growth. Drawing on her background in real estate operations—including pre-development planning, marketing, contract management, and client services—Hannah brings a solutions-focused approach to strengthening client service and driving new business opportunities.

Prior to joining Cape Fear Commercial, Hannah was a top-producing broker at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, specializing in residential land development and luxury new construction in the Triad area. She earned national recognition in 2023, ranking among the top nine percent of Berkshire Hathaway agents nationwide.

Originally from Greensboro, North Carolina, Hannah moved to Wilmington in 2023. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in marketing from High Point University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time on the coast with her fiancé and competing in national equestrian events.
