As Chief of Staff at Cape Fear Commercial, Hannah Warren drives the day-to-day operations of the firm’s administrative team and plays a key role in supporting leadership strategy. She oversees internal systems, marketing initiatives, and high-priority brokerage projects, helping the firm operate efficiently and stay positioned for long-term success. Drawing on her background in real estate operations—including pre-development planning, marketing, contract management, and client services—Hannah helps streamline internal workflows, strengthen client service, and drive new business opportunities.

Prior to joining Cape Fear Commercial, Hannah was a top-producing broker at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, specializing in residential land development and luxury new construction in the Triad area. She earned national recognition in 2023, ranking among the top nine percent of Berkshire Hathaway agents nationwide.

Originally from Greensboro, North Carolina, Hannah moved to Wilmington in 2023. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in marketing from High Point University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time on the coast with her fiancé and competing in national equestrian events.
