Emma Peterson serves as the Director of Brokerage Operations at Cape Fear Commercial. She oversees the day-to-day management and marketing of all firm listings. With a passion for business and background in sales and public relations, she brings a diverse skill set to her role.

Originally from New Jersey, Emma graduated cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Ryan, and dogs, Moose and Stevie.
