Patrick Riley is a Senior Vice President at Cape Fear Commercial. He joined the Brokerage team in 2015, but has been active in commercial real estate in Wilmington, North Carolina, since 2006.

He began his career in live goods wholesale, selling to “big box stores” across the southeastern United States. Today, Patrick is a designated CCIM member and his concentrations include: general brokerage, retail, office and industrial tenant representation, land acquisitions, 1031 exchanges and income properties.
Patrick is a member of the North Carolina Association of REALTORS and the North Carolina Chapter of CCIM. He is also an active volunteer for the First Tee of Greater Wilmington and served on the New Hanover County Board of Social Services for 6 years, acting as chairman from 2012-2013.

Originally, from Salisbury, North Carolina, Patrick moved to Wilmington in 1992 to attend the University of North Carolina at Wilmington where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies. He lives in the area with his wife, Heather, and two sons, Jack and Madison. In his spare time, Patrick enjoys golfing, fishing and traveling.
