New Hanover Regional Medical Center
New Hanover Regional Medical Center (NHRMC) is a 40,000-square-foot medical office building located within the master-planned Autumn Hall development of Wilmington, North Carolina. Delivered in 2008 as a build-to-suit for Novant Health, the building was released to NHRMC in 2013. It is equipped for the operation of a 20,000-square-foot ambulatory surgical care center with two surgical suites, recovery and support space. The remaining 20,000 square feet support subleased medical office space for physician’s practices.
