The property, which has been occupied since 2000 by global equipment manufacturer John Deere, was brokered by CFC’s Hank Miller and Paul S. Loukas, who both represented the seller.
With a credit tenant and its superior location near the intersection of I-95 and I-40, this offering stood out in today’s highly competitive industrial investment sales market.
